Purpose
These terms govern the use of alexrussian.com and the related Russian tutoring sessions.
Lessons
Lessons are 1-on-1, conducted online via Google Meet. The first 30-minute trial is free and carries no obligation.
Pricing
Single lesson: $35. 10-lesson pack: $300. Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout if relevant.
Payment
Single lessons and packs are paid via Stripe payment links sent by email after the trial. Lessons start once payment has cleared.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours before its start, free of charge. Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are forfeit, except in cases of force majeure.
Refunds
Unused 10-pack credits never expire. If you cannot continue, contact [email protected] and a fair refund will be discussed.
Code of conduct
Lessons are a respectful, harassment-free space. Any abuse will result in immediate termination of the engagement and refund of unused credits.
Liability
Alex Russian is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Maximum liability is capped at the price of the lessons paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version always lives at alexrussian.com/terms-of-service.
